Spider-Man Caught Off Guard

We have no doubt ‘Good Morning America’ reporter Sara Haines still laughs when she retells her Spider-Man encounter story. Ahead of the New Year’s Eve celebration in 2013, Haines pulled a stunt on the man dressed as a superhero in Times Square.

She pretended to swoon expecting that Spider-Man would whisk her in his arm and save her from hitting the ground, but the superhero’s savior moment simply passed him. Well, at least he picked her up. That should count as a brave act, yes? Haines was overwhelmed by laughter and even shared a hug with the man. She has since laughed off the superhero-caught-off-guard incident.
