A Confusing Message
Tattoos are beautiful works of art, especially when they have a significant meaning behind them. Looking at this ink, the art appears innocently charming, but a closer inspection and reading through the wording makes no sense. First, was the tire’s presence necessary? Does it have anything to do with thieving, lying, or cheating?
Secondly, the written words bear no meaning. If anything, they left us needing clarification about what was being communicated. The glaring spelling errors in the phrase “you’re” and “thief” don’t give us room to look beyond the art. Even though they tried, it turned out to be a nightmare.
