KFC – A Woman’s Best Friend

Starting a food venture is a challenging undertaking, particularly if you are promising consumers a menu of delectable treats that will rival their mother’s delicacies. We all know that nothing beats the comfort of digging into home-cooked meals, more so the ones whipped up with a dash of mother’s love.

Kentucky Fried Chicken had the right idea with their “finger-licking goodness” slogan. They veered off the course when they marketed themselves as the better alternative to just about everyone woman’s cooking. Seems like folks back then didn’t have a bone to pick with the advertisement, and hence why decades later, KFC stands as a staple in most households.
