This is either one of the ugliest or one of the funniest tattoos we have ever seen. We wouldn’t want this at the back of our heads unless we want to scare children, but it still wouldn’t be permanent. It looks like this person mimicking Professor Quirrell when he got possessed b Voldemort in the “Harry Potter” franchise.

This gentleman has figured out a clever way to cope with balding. Balding affects men and women in different ways and has been linked with low self-esteem. This man obviously had a pretty glorious head of hair before; this must be his way of using humor to cope with a difficult situation.
