It’s A Nightmare Creature

Thankfully, this is not a photo from the 50m butterfly swimming competition, otherwise, this is the most physically deformed swimmer in the world. But this is just a perfectly timed photo of two synchronized swimmers doing their thing. The question is, was this intentional?

Maybe the photographer had seen a pattern and waited for the right moment to capture this move. These aren’t regular synchronized swimming moves like the crane or knight position, though, and if the judges are as impressed as we are with the technical and artistic impression, then they got a good score for this routine.
