A Show Of Athleticism

There are different levels to the moves cheerleaders learn when training. There are the basic moves like the ready position (hands on hips) and the handclasp (hands clasped under chin), but there are also more advanced moves that require a bit more athleticism and practice.
These moves include jumping with legs and arms apart, called ‘the Spread Eagle’; jumping like scaling hurdles, called ‘the hurdler’; but the most impressive one has to be the ‘toe touch,’ as demonstrated in the photo. This girl is obviously pretty good at it and has clearly used her gymnastics training to do this unbelievable mid-air split.
