Clint Eastwood – $9.75M, Pebble Beach
Clint Eastwood has been a successful man in show business for many decades now. He has proven to us that he is talented both in front and behind the camera. He has owned a lot of homes through the years and one of them was located in Pebble Beach.
He purchased the place back in 1994 for $3.925 million. The six-bedroom residence is about 6,900 square feet. In 2017, the house was listed for $9.75 million. Eastwood doesn’t have any new acting roles but he directed and produced the 2019 film titled Richard Jewell.
Al Pacino – $3.3 Million, New York
We can only imagine how good it must have felt to be a guest of the highly-regarded Hollywood actor Al Pacino. To become the ultimate host, Al bought a whole separated house to serve as a guesthouse. But it’s not just any house: it’s a luxurious 4,340 square-foot mansion sitting right next to the Hudson River!
Probably tired of treating his guests in such an overly nice manner, the Scarface star listed the New York mansion in 2012. The original asking price of $4.4 million was reduced to $3.3 million after the first year on the market.
Robert Redford – $7.5 Million, California
The Sundance Film Festival wouldn’t have been born and conceptualized if it wasn’t for Hollywood’s Robert Redford who first made his name known in the ‘60s. The Sundance founder has filled his acting portfolio with film and TV credits throughout the years which has gotten him his hard-earned wealth. By knowing this, it’s easy to see why Robert can afford to acquire multiple estates all over the United States.
In 2018, Redford just listed one house which was found in Napa Valley for $7.5 million. The 10-acre estate has a lush landscape featuring a ruggedly charming abode reminiscent of his role in 1969’s Sundance Kid.
