Joe Rogan – $5 Million, Bell Canyon
Although Joe Rogan began his entertainment career as a stand-up comedian, his name blew out when he entered the world of mixed martial arts (MMA) as a color commentator. Eventually, Rogan ended up becoming a TV host as well for Fear Factor, which only filled his bank with more dough.
In 2018, Rogan reportedly bought a contemporary Bell Canyon home for $4.95 million. As it turns out, Joe is practically his own neighbor as he has another home that’s only a five-minute drive away from his new one. His successful podcast The Joe Rogan Experience is another thing that’s keeping Joe busy these days.
Jennie Nguyen – Undisclosed, Utah
Before she joined the cast of the Bravo show “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” Jennie Nguyen owned a med spa and sold her companies to become a full-time stay-at-home mom. The job is quite rewarding, and she is lucky enough to provide her children with a great home.
Her house is located in Salt Lake City in Utah, but the price is unknown. Her well-furnished home can be seen on the show, but as of 2022, neither Nguyen nor her home will be seen on TV as she was fired.
Lauren Conrad – $5 Million, California
Even before the Kardashians, Lauren Conrad was probably one of the biggest stars in reality TV in Hollywood. The former The Hills star once owned a property in Pacific Palisades, California which had five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. She bought the house for $4.4 million but she was able to sell it for $4.99 million. The profit is understandable since Conrad worked hard in renovating the 5,900 square-feet mansion.
It was decorated in a rustic style, with wood floors and subway tiles, with the help of Jeff Lewis, professional interior designer and star of the Flipping Out reality television show.
