Remember These Golden Age Celebrities? They’re Still Alive & Kicking Hard

Ami Ciccone Oct 02, 2022

Lorenzo Lamas, 63 , Born In 1958 – Falcon Crest

It seems that the son of actor Lorenzo Lamas was born to become a star. In fact, it was with the support of his father, Fernando Lamas, that he attended an acting workshop that began his career in front of the camera. Lorenzo went on to star as ladies’ man Lance Cumson in the soap opera “Falcon Crest” in the ’80s.

He found continued work over the following decades, often on the small screen, including the shows “Renegade” and “Big Time Rush.” Still alive and working, the dashing Golden Globe-nominated actor appeared in the film “Bleach” in 2020.

Robert De Niro, 77 , Born In 1943 – The Godfather

With an extensive career in showbiz, involving acting, producing, and directing, Robert De Niro has made half a billion dollars. The Godfather was perhaps his most acclaimed movie, but it’s hard to tell, considering he has worked in over 100 films, many of them which he produced.

De Niro is expected to star in the upcoming movies: The Comeback Trail and The War with Grandpa, while Artemis Fowl, a film he produced, is set to hit cinemas in 2020. As he looks fit and well, even at the age of 76, we don’t expect him to fade away from the big screen anytime soon.

Max Baer Jr., 83, Born In 1937 – The Beverly Hillbillies

Although he might not have acted for almost three decades now, that doesn’t mean that Max Baer Jr. isn’t’ still around! He is 82 years old right now, living in Paradise, Nevada. As a young adult, he had studied business management, but before he went on to be a businessman, Max took a turn in acting and directing.

From portraying Jethro in The Beverly Hillbillies series of the ‘60s to directing three films, including Hometown U.S.A., Max’s career was looking great. However, after playing in an episode of Murder, She Wrote in 1991, Max stopped acting. The last time we saw him was in Jay Sebring…. Cutting to the Truth.
