John Bradley-West – 30 LBS – Unknown

Game of Thrones fans will recognize John Bradley because he is the actor who portrayed the role of Samwell Tarly. Bradley has been quite on the heavy side ever since he started appearing on the show. A lot of online trolls were actually mocking him because of his size. 

John later shocked them when he lost around 30 pounds. His exact weight loss method is a mystery, but we can only hope that he maintains a healthy lifestyle for the years to come. In the meantime, we can follow his progress in his movies Patient Zero and American Satan.
