Larry DavidĀ – $12 Million, Pacific Palisades
We don’t know why anyone would choose to leave this beautiful ground-level mansion in the Pacific Palisades. But it turns out Seinfeld‘s co-creator Larry David has found a different place to write his sarcasm-filled jokes. He decided to sell the house for a total of $12 million and move to a (presumably) even better property.
The lucky buyers will have access to close to 1-acre of land, a guesthouse, a swimming pool, and a perfectly decorated interior that features multiple fireplaces and steeply vaulted ceilings. It counts with 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 11,272 square feet of interior space.
