Getting rid of post-childbirth weight is not an easy task, and even celebs cannot escape it. Music star Beyoncé struggled with it herself after giving birth to her eldest daughter, Blue Ivy. However, her determination and hard work quickly paid off. Her weight loss secret was reportedly a vegan diet.
Apparently, Beyoncé’s new diet improved her skin and gave her more energy. She also praised her trainer Marco Borges for that. The superstar lost 65 pounds after she had her daughter in 2012. She and hubby Jay-Z had their last concert tour together in 2018 dubbed On the Run II Tour.
