The property was listed in 2018, and Holmes was forced to drop the asking price by 7% to attract a buyer. Nonetheless, acquiring this lavish property wasn’t cheap, with the price going down to £3.5 million.

Holmes’ residence makes for a luxurious abode with a massive kitchen and ultra-modern decoration. It sits in the exclusive St. George’s Hill gated community, where celebrities such as John Lennon, Elton John, and Ringo Starr used to live.
