Jennifer Lawrence – $8 Million, Beverly Hills

Jennifer Lawrence is only in her late 20s but her success as an actress has already earned her millions in her account that allows her to live in such a lavish home. She stays in a beautiful cozy estate in Beverly Hills which she reportedly purchased for $8 million.

The house actually used to belong to famous singer Jessica Simpson. The five-bedroom structure has a large backyard with a swimming pool and is surrounded by lush greenery. Known for her part in The Hunger Games movie series, Lawrence is currently working on the upcoming film Bad Blood. 

Charlize Theron – $3.8 Million, California

Actress Charlize Theron was once the owner of a $4.6-million mansion that was previously owned by The Beatles‘ George Harrison. When Theron put the property up for sale, she couldn’t find anyone who was willing enough to buy it for her initial price and she only found a buyer when she lowered the price to $3.8 million.

The happy buyers will have access to a stunning balcony with a swimming pool and they will be extra happy if they happen to be Beatles’ fans: it’s reported that the late George Harrison wrote some of his best songs in one of the house rooms.

Faye Dunaway – $1.45M, West Hollywood

Faye Dunaway is an award-winning actress who has been a household name in the acting industry since the late ’60s. She has lived in different places over the years but one of her former estates that caught her attention was her house in West Hollywood.

It’s simple yet it still looks nice and cozy to live in. She originally bought the place in 1998 for $315K. She owned the two-bedroom house for more than a decade before she decided to sell it for $1.45 million back in 2015. Dunaway isn’t focusing on retirement planning just yet and you guys will be seeing her in the upcoming film, The American Connection.
